México, a place to explore

If i had to visit a country, at first i would like to go to a nearby country, in this case, I was thinking about México, becouse I like their pre-contact civilizations and culture. It is a fact that they have more pyramids than Egypt or any other place in the world, also I know that their food is spicy and I want to taste it and swim in their beaches, but I really wanna go to Mexico City to visit the National Museum of Anthropology, where the mother of mesoamerica -Coatlicue- is located and in the past it was part of Tenochtitlan. Also, the other reason I want to go there is base in two things: the first one is the lenguaje, they speak spanish so it will be easy to travel, the second is related with their cultural heritage, I want to visit every archaeological site there, like Teotihuacan, Chichen Itza, Tajin, Tzin Tzun Tzan, Calakmul, and many other ancient cities and places, which is like going into an ancient past, which -sadly- is not comming back. As an archaeolgy student, I would like to work there in some of this places as a researcher, but for that I really must try hard to get the recognition to work there, wich is kind of difficult if we think about all the proffessionals who want to do the same, so I'll leave it as a possibility not secured. I woudn't live in Mexico unless is for investigation purposes, my homeland needs their own professionals too.
